Course description

The course intends to give participants more information on the place and interest of reproductive medicine. The course will also offer the participants more information and scientific data on andrology,
endometrial physiology and pathology, biology of embryo implantation, basic and clinical aspects of endometriosis, PCOS, basic scientific advances to laboratory practices and clinical embryology. Also the aim is to provide a clinical, scientific and ethical links between the medical fields of infertility, human reproduction, prenatal diagnosis and fetal medicine.

Course objectives

• To provide clinicians, embryologists and paramedicals with information about latest scientific and clinical developments; 
• To evaluate the application of new categories of subjects involved in reproductive medicine; 
• To provide managers of gynaecology and infertility units and public and academic hospitals with information related to efficient application of reproductive medicine;
• To discuss strategies aiming to a standardization of reproductive requirements throughout Europe in the field of human reproduction.

Target audience

Gynecologists, andrologists, urologists, endocrinologists, embryologists, clinicians and specialists in infertility treatment, paramedics, patients and all those with interest in reproductive medicine.
